In the course of the meeting it was declared that the Bill (Reg. No4838) is elaborated "with the aim to confer the power on obtain license to the constant non-resident representatives to conduct the types of economic activity that undergo licensing."
In the course of the discussion the Committee members emphasised that its adoption is too early now, "as there are no legal norms in the effective legislation system that regulates the order of accreditation conduction on the territory of Ukraine for the separated branches of foreign legal entities and one of the documents compulsory for the license obtaining is the certificate on state registration."
